We know it well , as it’s mostly part of many health conscious Fitness Freeks DAILY DIET, that Green Tea are loaded with benefits….
Great Antioxidants
Reduces Cholesterol
Reduces risk of Heart Disease
Improves Brain Function
Reduces Suger levels
Fights Cancer
They help burn Fat
Improves Metabolism
Prevents Bad Breath
Protects against Heart Disease
Have Anti-ageing properties
and many more…
But that does not mean we brainlessly swill down endless cups of green tea every day,regardless to time.
Before you start to believe that you are being rewarded with all the benefits, it’s very essential for you to learn some facts.
Know,that the liquid has to be consumed with Wisdom.

⏺Never have green tea on an empty stomach.Instead,a glass of warm water
is the best.
⏺Never immediately after meals.It can restrict nutrient absorption. Also interferes with the gastric juices and the digestive system. 30 to 40minutes before or after your meals.
⏺Late Night Cups is a NO. It could interfere with the sleep pattern and lead to stress.
⏺Don’t reuse green tea bags.Wet tea bags are use to microbial infestation.Never use it more than two times.

Generally 1 to 2 grams of tea per 100 ml of water is ideal.Brewing temperatures range from 61°C (142°F) to 87°C (189°F) and times from 30 seconds to three minutes.The same green tea leaves could be brewed 2 to 3 times, by adding hot water to your Cup with the strainer having already brewed tea leaves. However, this could vary depending on different variety and quality of the Green Tea.

12 Steps to my Cup of Happiness

You may have every ingredient to be happy in life…. Yet you may not be happy.
REASON??SURPISINGLY, YOU KNOW IT WHY…
There could be a person, thing or a behaviour in your life ,which you are aware of, that you could be over obsessive about.
That makes your day Gloomy.
Makes you feel low… Rejected… Suicidal…
Everything around you may seem useless… You may start feeling detached from your near and dear ones because of this obsession.
Understand it ,that this is not sorrow…
Real sorrow kills…
You’ve made this look like a sorrow and want to kill yourself.
It’s how you look at it… How you VIEW it…
Happiness or Misery… The choice is yours.
MANY WOULD SAY…
Stop expecting! Leave it behind …Look ahead… Move on…. Live…
All this may sound BOGUS !!!!#@$##
But Believe you me…
ITS NOT DIFFICULT!
ITS EASY! DAMM EASY!
N YOU GOT TO DECIDE YOUR OWN PATH TO FREEDOM…
PATH TO YOUR CUP OF HAPPINESS.
N I’ll share how I got over a serious obsession that changed my life completely.
Initially, I watched several videos and listened to audios that I thought could change my life.
After days of crying n wasting time…
One night @12 o clock🕒 I sed to myself…
I will SMILE… I will be HAPPY…. NO TEARS…NO SADNESS…LIFE IS GOOD…

My Strategy 🎲I ASKED MYSELF…
WHAT IS IT THAT TAKES ME ON THE DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY TRACK??
Social Media was the first answer.( Disconnect till such time you can’t take charge of things. )

STEP 1- I deleted FB intsa apps from my 📱
STEP 2- I STOPPED looking for Sympathy. SHOW that you are strong and that nothing can shake your inner being to death.
STEP 3- I Live minute by minute to keep myself busy. I would plan my next day such that I don’t get a minute to think about my obsession.I chanted sacred mantras. Even if thoughts ran in my mind, I did not let them stop me from remembering GOD. CHANTING ANYTIME OF THE DAY as soon as I FELT I’M ABOUT TO GET RESTLESS AND GET THAT ANXIETY ATTACK , I WOULD GRAB ONTO MY CHANTING BEEDS N BEGIN.Om chanting & Soham Chanting have been my favourites.
Gayatri Mantra … Hanuman Stotram also contributed in giving me immense strength n will power.
STEP 4 – Pranayama session (20 mins)
Mudra Meditation
Walking atleast 1 HR ▶2 Hrs
STEP 5 – DETOX YOUR BODY… FEEL LIGHT. ▶DRINK 15 GLASSES OF WATER💧 EVERYDAY ,GREEN TEA, NUTS .EAT FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES.
▶BATHE WITH SEA SALT IN WATER TO REMOVE NEGATIVE ENERGIES.
▶USE AROMA OILS TO CALM MIND.
LAVENDER N JASMINE ARE SOOTHING .
▶OIL YOUR HAIR… GO TO PARLOUR EVERY 20DAYS. Love yourself.
STEP6 – WHILE DOING HOUSEHOLD WORK, KEEP THE SACRED Mantras Being sung all around. THEY are very helpful to keep negative energies around you, at bay.
STEP 7-FOCUS on Family/husband/child.
STEP 8- Study Books, Write Blogs, not in lonely places but in public places, Like ur yoga class, a coffee joint ,Park etc.
STEP 9- SET ACHIEVABLE GOALS. UNREALISTIC ONES MAY AGAIN LEAD TO ANXIETY ATTACKS.They need not necessarily be fitness orientated.Cleaning a room or your Garage could be a useful one.
STEP 10- USE THE SECRET. IMAGINE GOOD AND BEAUTIFUL THINGS. IMAGINE GETTING YOUR DIGNITY BACK. IMAGINE THE OBSESSION BECOMING MEANINGLESS.
STEP 11- MEET FAMILY MEMBERS, FRIENDS. CALL THEM UP, BE IN TOUCH WITH PEOPLE WHO GIVE YOU POSITIVE ENERGY. GO FOR FUN OUTINGS OR WATCH INSPIRING,COMEDY MOVIES.
STEP 12 – 30 DAYS COMPLETE??? REMEMBER !!
THEY COME BACK ONCE YOUVE MOVED ON.
MAKE YOUR OBSSESSION “”A REMINDER””
A reminder of the hardships you’ve gone through.And that you never deserved even a bit of all that. U will realise yourself, It was easy,The moment you decided to look things differently.
