6.30 to 7.30 AMTHIS FOLLOWED BY A WALK…. IT COULD BE AS LONG AS ANYTHING BETWEEN 20 MINS TO 1 HR.
I DID MINE WITH MY HUBBY today…

ANOTHER GLASS OF WATER POST WALK.
SPENT A FEW MOMENTS CHANTING SACRED MANTRAS…I LOVE THE LIGHT FRAGRANCE OF JASMINE INCENSE STICKS WHILE MY CHANTING…
PRANAYAMA TIME20 MINS of PRANAYAMA nourishes every cell of my body.
I LOVE WHAT I EAT~ THEN WHAT I EAT LOVES ME BACK~FOOD WISDOM
Followed by a platter dry fruits ~Mine mostly consisted of Almonds , Walnuts , Figs , Pistachio stuffed Date , Apricots.
After having done my home things which took around 2 hours…
I , inbetween my tasks , also grabbed a platter of fruits
