It all began a night before…. When I switched off my cell phone on time …so that I could grab at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep….
And I was all set ,as my clock woke me up to a lovely morning…

❤6.00AM❤REMEMBER TO SMILE THE MOMENT YOU OPEN YOUR EYES AND WELCOME THE DAY WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE😊
Freshen up….
❤ON EMPTY STOMACH I SIP 1 GLASSES OF WATER.💧💧
❤6.30 to 7.30 AM❤THIS FOLLOWED BY A WALK…. IT COULD BE AS LONG AS ANYTHING BETWEEN 20 MINS TO 1 HR.
I DID MINE WITH MY HUBBY👫 today…
An hour long of Ultimate Bonding 💑

❤SPENT A FEW MOMENTS CHANTING SACRED MANTRAS…I LOVE THE LIGHT FRAGRANCE OF JASMINE INCENSE STICKS WHILE MY CHANTING…🙏
❤PRANAYAMA TIME👃20 MINS of PRANAYAMA nourishes every cell of my body.
I LOVE WHAT I EAT~ THEN WHAT I EAT LOVES ME BACK~🍉FOOD WISDOM🍉
❤Followed by a platter dry fruits ~Mine mostly consisted of Almonds , Walnuts , Figs , Pistachio stuffed Date , Apricots.

After having done my home things which took around 2 hours…
I , inbetween my tasks , also grabbed a platter of fruits 🍍🍓🍒🍑🍐🍉🍈🍇🍊🍏🍎🍌

ON COMPLETION ,EXPERIANCED AWESOMENESS UNLIMITED….
THE HEART BEATING SO FAST , BLOOD CIRCULATING FABULOUSLY IN MY BODY…MIND FEELING STRONGER.
SOUL HAPPY😊 To these I added a few yogic postures and stretches…

10 pushups
10 Situps
10 Double Leg raises
10 (counts) hold in bridge pose
REPEAT THIS SET 3 TIMES
End with cool down stretches.
