As I completed my recent Fitsvilla ? Fitness Challenge ….
“It’s not always about doing too much of
it,but continuing to do something.”
This challenge was quite easy for me… as I’m use to doing all of it…?but maintaining regularity was what I was working on… ?
Inspite of being a Fitness Coach…This happens several times with me …that due to classes and other commitments I fail to gather time for my workout…which leaves me quite depressed and demotivated…so completing this challenge helped me in HABIT FORMATION which Is quite an integral part of a healthy lifestyle,often ignored.

Many of my Fitsvilla? mates were part of this fitness challenge …and we would daily share our experience and motivate each other…
During these 5 days….often I thought ? what role does Honesty play here…
What if I don’t do today’s workout n still post that I’m done with today’s Target…??
Nobody’s gonna ask me for a proof…They all trust me…The answer I got on my Day 5…My 500 skips were a lot more easier than Day 1…. So because of my persistence…. .I could feel a slight improvement in my fitness level…☺??
