~Fitsvilla Fitness Challenge 4~
This was quite a Challenge for me.
The 5km walk in less than 50 mins and 50 situps was a cake walk though….The challenge I faced was in 50 squats n 500 jumping jacks.
On day 1… having completed my challenge… I was still ok…
But on Day 2 #MY SORE QUADS# delighted me…. ~SORE~… The most satisfying pain…I had earned it… not all are blessed with it… It meant I’ve worked hard….Day 2 was a little strain on my quads (muscles of our thighs).And the 500 jumping jacks would literally suckkk alll the breath outta me.But motivation from all my fit and strong fitness friends kept me going…I WILL NOT GIVE UP ON THIS TILL MY DAY 5 ….was something that I was very CERTAIN about.
Day 3’s squats were scary… With the muscles sore….challenging me
BUT I DID NOT GIVE UP…
Day 4 I was awarded….This was quite a miracle.. Muscle soreness VANISHED…. I WAS STRONGER…
DAY 4 AND DAY 5 Were EASY….
Or may be I GOT STRONGER
I personally experienced this famous quote
~”The pain you are in today,turns into your strength tomorrow.”~
My muscles adapted to the 50 squats n 500 jumping jacks by day 5.
Lesson learnt *
~Challenges are difficult in the beginning…
Most difficult in the middle and Glorious at the End . …leaving you Strong and happy~
And also that ….
~The End is always a new beginning~
Few more observations During this challenge…
When you are on a journey to self improvement….and completely drenched in it…There will be haters…They will try to demotivate you…They’ll laugh at you…
Assume things about you…Copy you…. And try to fight you… but at the end
●A clarity in your mind that you don’t have to be part of the RAT RACE…and your PERSISTENCE will help you WIN !
