Every morning , we delhites are opening our eyes ,only to see the smog in the air rising unproportionately… and we all, for a moment , plan to move away from the capital for a while… or update on social media regarding our concern and helplessly , after a while ,step out into the smoggy air to begin our day.
And little do we know ,that this smog, which is polluting our environment is also polluting our lungs terribly… so much that it could lead to Throat Cancer , Lung cancer , Blood Cancer , Asthama , COPD , Heart Disease, Blindness and is also extremely harmful for pregnant women.
So making our heart and Lungs stronger and cleansing our body internally is the only way to save ourselves.
But we also need to know…. The AIR IS POLLUTED AND INHALING TOO MUCH OF THIS AIR IS BAD… JUST AS BAD AS SMOKING A CIGERRATE…
AND hope you’re not a smoker….
So exercising outdoor is a BIG NO.
A few of these tips enlisted below could help you FIGHT the smog.
●USE AIR PURIFIERS IN ROOMS AND CARS.
●WEAR A MASK OR HANDKERCHIEF BEFORE YOU STEP OUT.
●WEAR GLASSES TO PROTECT EYES FROM INFECTION.
●HAVE AN APPLE EVERYDAY.
●GINGER TULSI TEA
●HALDI (TURMERIC ) MILK.
●STUFF UP VITAMIN C -AMLA OR ORANGES.
●TO MAINTAIN POTASSIUM LEVELS- BANANA or COCONUT WATER.
●LOTS OF FLUIDS.
●AVOID JUNK FOOD.
●DO NOT EXERCISE OUTDOOR.
●AVOID SMOKING AND DRINKING.
●DO LOTS OF KAPAL BHANTI
PRANAYAMA TO CONTINUE CLEANSING YOUR SYSTEM OF THE TOXINS YOU ARE CONTINUOUSLY INHALING.
●ALSO LOTS OF BHASTRIKA PRANAYAMA WILL HELP CLEANSE THE LUNGS OF THE POISONOUS TOXINS.
